Yesterday I wore a new shirt that I had gotten. It was black and had lots of glitter and sparkles on it. Basically a fabulous shirt!!
Only problem was that it shed.
All day.
All over school.
All over EVERYTHING!
By the time the day was over, I had glitter on my arms, in my hair, on my chest, on my toes, on the bottoms of my feet. It was on my chair, in the car, on the carpet, on my podium and basically anywhere I walked yesterday. Coach Kunkel had some on his face just from teaching in my room!!
The best part was when Brad came out of our unisex bathroom and said..."There's even GLITTER in the bathroom"
I tried to think of it that I was like Jesus, spreading joy and light and such around the world (thats for you Courtney) but by the end of the day, after chewing on a peice of glitter for a few minutes I was over it.
Yet the question remains...will I wear the shirt again?
....Of course I will !

Let me speak about this incident as one of people who witnessed it. The school was a crime scene. There was glitter EVERYWHERE. It looked as if Patti had killed a pixie. The horror . . . the horror.
I laughed out loud the first time I read this. I just re-read it and laughed out loud again. I love the teachers at Orangewood and there is no way that you didn't take heat the entire day and for days after. I know that Leslie wouldn't let it go. Imagine if you were still sandwiched between the two of us? I think Leslie needs a matching shirt for those extra special days.
