Oh My Lands! I love love love the 80's. I went to a concert of theirs in 1988 in Chicago. I can tell you exactly what I wore: acid washed blue jeans, black low cut lacy blouse black suede boots with the jeans tucked IN, and lots of big flashly jewlery. I had three earings in one ear, two in the other, and gobs of silver bangles. Oh and the hair....it was HUGE...we could barely fit in the car what with all the hair. It was great!!!
I asked the kids today how they saw videos. They said, You Tube. Nothing against You Tube...i love it, but whatever happened to MTV or its lesser sister VH1? HAhahahha...I know Im dating myself by even saying that.

I have to mention Poison, Motley Crue, Guns & Roses, we could spend all day saying "what about this song"! I remember the Bon Jovi Slippery When Wet concert: acid washed jeans with the hems folded and rolled tight around the ankles, tank top with the net off the should over shirt hanging down the shoulder. I have no doubt that my hair was no where as big as yours though! How bad is it that I still listen to these albums on occasion?

i was totally partial to poison but had pretty conservative folks so my bangs were never that high.....
also, i am totally partial to VH1 over MTV...i live for the the mornings i can make it to the YMCA and watch videos while riding the stupid stationary bike.....it makes the time go faster.
oh wait.... has patti's hair gotten smaller?
Kathy some things have changed. In fact, alot of things are quite different. But you can rest assured that while the world may turn up-side-down Patti's hair and small will never be found in the same sentance! (P - you know we love you!)
