I cant believe no one stole my car!

I cant believe no one stole my car!

I went to the library the other day. This was not the usual branch that I go to--this was the one on Oxford that is very large. The books are all located on the second floor, so you walk up the stairs to the actual library.

My mind was on various things and I grabbed my library books for returning and went in.

I strolled around for about a half hour, checking out the new releases, the biographies. I picked out some books for Kaitlin to read if she wanted and checked out. On the entry level I stopped to browse through some books they had for sale. I finally realized I needed to get going and went out the parking lot.

I saw my car and was wondering what all that water was underneath it...usually that is from when you run the Air Conditioner a lot. It was then that i realized that my car WAS RUNNING. It took me a moment to realize that I HAD LEFT IT RUNNING IN THE PARKING LOT THE ENTIRE HALF HOUR!!!

Oh my!

Ok,I have one to top it, I went into a grocery store while visiting my sister in ORlando (before I moved there) and over the loud speaker it said, will the owner of a brown toyota truck please come to the front your car has moved. I got up there and I had forgotten to put the truck into gear (stick) and it rolled out of one space and into another. This was at a Winne Dixie parking lot off Colonial Drive in O-town somewhere and I was so embarrassed having to go up front and own up to it being ME who's truck(well my sisters truck) that had "left it's spot". Fortunately, it had NOT hit another car. I drive an automatic now.
