Im so so so so so so glad and exited and just happy about it. I do like what i do, but I dont enjoy my job...hahahah...kidding, but only sort of. My job has a tendency to swallow me whole at times. Its like going 100 MPH for 8 hours a day with out stopping and now...well now it FULL STOP for two weeks.
The days lie before me glorious in their lack of dealing with students, parents, staff, adminstrative decisions, faculty concerns, curriculum, certification, grades, papers and just everything.
Did I mention Im excited?!?!
Ive talked about this before but i do believe that one of the reasons that time off is so yummy is that it is the opposite of work. If there was no work to do would I really enjoy resting this much? I dont think so but thats just me.
Tonite the girl is staying with a friend and its yummy, so after our teacher luncheon I went to Borders and bought myself some books that I had been wanting (arent I a nerd?!) with my Christmas bonus! I LOVE IT..its like my Christmas gift to myself!
Ill give you three guesses what Im doing tonite?!?!
