4. Always carry a back up tampon in your purse...if you dont need it chances are someone else will
5. Dont get in cars with boys who have been drinking. For that matter, dont go into elevators with boys either.
6. Always have a cat in your house.
7. Be kind to older people. They deserve your respect. My father told me this of his older secretary one summer when I worked for him. He said, "Darling, dont ever disrespect her because of her age. She has forgotten more about this business then you could ever hope to know"
8. For Land's Sake, WEAR A SEAT BELT
9. Buy a good leather purse because it will last you forever
10. Sex isnt love and love isnt sex.
11. If something scares you embrace it, dont run from it...conquor it or else it owns you.
12. Always carrysome cash on you
13. Write letters by hand occassionally, they are precious in an age of electronics
14. Make your bed before leaving the house
15. Do it now rather than later
16. Look at someone when you speak to them and have a good solid handshake
17. Keep the gas tank filled
18. Remember where you came from
19. Be nice to everyone no matter their station in life, being kind is never the wrong choice

Tip 21: NEVER under any circumstances leave the house without lipstick. If possible get it tattooed onto you lips. Hey, if its fabulous, show it off.
