I have huge feet.
As in size 12 1/2.
Its okay mostly because in reality if I had a size 8 they would be completely disproportionate to my body, but it does pose its problems.
I hate shopping for shoes. No one carries that size. Seriously...no one carries that size. I went to DSW this weekend to get new shoes for running/walking/trotting and had to get a men's shoe...which is okay. BUT...there was not ONE size 12 women's shoe in the entire store. It was like being in a candy store and not being allowed to have a single piece.
This is why I have horrible shoes.
First of all I will wear them until they break and keep them forever because size 12 are so hard to find. Second, I would rather walk around bare foot or just in flip flops rather than have to wear uncomfortable shoes, which form me are most of my shoes. Its annoying, really.
I need to find a solution...somehow my clogs from Eddie Bauer with a skirt just isnt right.

I tell people that my mother had to have a c-section for my twin and I because that was the only way they could deliver our BOTH size 10 feet(s). It is the only way I can laugh about it. But seriously, 10's are easier to find but now that I have lost weight, I need 9 1/2 and that's even more difficult. But get this. Left foot, 1/2 size larger than right. Shoe people used to hand me the right and I would reach for the left, if left fit, it was a winner. Maybe we could open a store for large footed women ONLY. I need a new job! B
