To day was the baby's due date and she has not yet arrived! Waiting is hard! Everything is going well though and there is nothing we can do to speed up the process...its like when you are preganant yourself...the baby will come when she comes. We will also have a 48 hour period after she is born before we can see/meet her. That I think will be really hard....knowing she has arrived but not able to see her. I appreciate all your prayers for us because we can so feel them. Our anxiety is there but not overwhelming. It helps that our lives are happy in the first place...I think that makes it easier to wait!

Patti, You and E are in my prayers. Hang in there. I will pray for the birth mother's heart-- that her decision to give the baby up for adoption will be affirmed, and that she'll find some peace in the months to come.
Take lots of deep breaths.

How exciting that it's getting so close!! It seems like just last week Sara was mailing stuff for you for this day!!! I cannot wait to see her!! You are all in my prayers!
