Christmas books

Two of my favorite things that come out of the attic around Christmas time are my Christmas books and my childhood Christmas ornaments.

I love my collection of Chrismas books. They range from the highly religious, ( The Indescribable Gift) to the miraculous, (The Miracle of Christmas) to the tradtional (The 12 Days of Christmas) to the silly (Auntie Claus), to the American Cultural-ish (Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer) to the child-like (Spot's Christmas)to the informative (The Story of Santa) to the commercial (Dora the Explorer's Christmas Parade) to the instructive (1001 Christmas Crafts) to the interactive ( Kid's Questions on Christmas) to the homemade (The Christmas Story by Kaitlin Shivers in second grade....priceless!)

I love them all...each year they are like old friends coming for a visit!

Patti! Happy Birthday!

I too love the Christmas books, though mine are in FL. I bet you love the book Kaitlin made the best! Those are the things we treasure aren't they? I still remember seeing her as a little girl in her cute dresses and bows in her hair, before I ever knew who you were, and thinking she was just the cutest little girl!

Hey, what email address are you using these days? I am thinking I have the wrong one.
