Now I cant get off!
Its quite addictive! Im so enjoying it though in my spare bits of time here and there.
We had a crazy week with lots of Christmas festivities and appointments and activities.I loved helping out with the girl's Christmas party at school and being with the kids. I taught that age group for 8 years before the girl herself came along and I remember why I loved it so much. And that its exhausting.
Im tired. And Christmas isnt even here yet! I suppose that is how it is for Moms everywhere. The lion's share of Christmas tends to fall on the adult female in the house. I do believe Im still adjusting to having two children.
The Baby Girl will be 3 months on Monday! That is crazy to me...we just got her!!! She is settling in nicely to a routine (FINALLY!!) and I believe will sleep through the night if we push her a bit. Shes only getting up at 3 for a fast bottle. (seriously the other night she was squalking at 2:58 and by 3:16 I was back in bed again after having fed her...she is all business and for that i am glad!) What still suprises me is that at times I forget that I have to take her into consideration. Like, Im used to juggling work and being a mom but im not used to juggling work, being a mom and being the mom of an infant. I forget it takes alot of time to get out of the house...that you need to start preparing like 45 minutes in advance.
Still, I can remember in Sepetember thinking that we will have a baby who is alert and rolling over and giggling and laughing by Christmas and here she is!
The Girl is cracking me up. She is so wanting to open presents!! Totally being 10!
