Oh my lands...they are so stinking cute!
Lucy(gray) is a total attention whore. She loves to be petted and loved on and she is very very playful.
Mike Rowe (white)is a total boy cat...good natured, loves to play but dont-hold-me-because-I-dont-wanna-appear-weak-but-since-you-are-scratching-keep-going-and-Ill-stay-okay-but-dont-tell-the-others-Im-purring.
Cleo-cattra(black) is very shy and to get her to purr is a hard won prize.
Their parents must have had some interesting genetic make up because all these kittys are different colored and look differently. Mike Rowe had the whole Siamese thing going on. Lucy has much softer fur than the others point to some Himalayian or Persian. Cleo is a tortie. (Incidentally I didnt know that ALL tortiseshell cats and ALL calico cats are female...its only a fur pattern that female can carry!! Interesting!!)
They are acrobatics at nighttime. I can hear them right now as Im typing, carrying on and running in the spare rom. My senior cats are like..."What in the world!!!"
They are all annoyed that there are newcomers in the house even if they cant see them...they KNOW. Spooky right now is sitting on the back of the chair Im sitting in and Dexter is lying on the ottoman where my feet are. George W is no doubt prowling the neighborhood looking for a good party or some dogs to mock. And Simba...well Simba isnt really our cat (so Brandi that means only SIX... not SEVEN, although Holly would have you believe otherwise!) even though we feed him and occassionally take him to the vet. (Holly feeds our beggers too so it all even out.)
The girl had her first meltdown about scooping poop. I held my ground and made her do it even though she was super tired.
She'll get over it.

Shhh, I won't tell E that you've adopted Simba also... (we know you have 7 hahahahaha silly Patti)
I laughed so hard at the attention whore! I like the name Lucy - we used to call our oldest granddaughter that - her real name being Emily - but in our family - one only knows how she got Lucy, now it's Lips. And her sister is Birdy Love. Think about it, Skippy - She is the queen for nicknames and our middle daughter - we call her "Frank" and I have faxed her things at work and put "Frank" on them. It's a hoot. I LOVE nicknames. I love when people call me "Bren". It's a term of endearment. You saw my nickname "Spike". We won't say where that came from. I still want a new kitty!

Seven? You forget to count your bobcat by the pool enclosure. That makes eight.

"Interesting genetic make up"? I don't think so. You need to face it...your kittie's mama is a ho.
