The kittens are growing so fast. I knew they would. They are a riot and definitely full of antics and kitten-energy.
These kittens are different from the ones we had last year. Last summer we started out with babies who were still nursing. They never knew any different than being picked up and held by many people and thus were comfortable and loved to be cuddled.
These kittens came to us at 8 weeks and have been a bit more ill at ease with being held. Oh they purr...like rarring machines,but it takes them awhile to enjoy being petted and held. And they have to be tired to cuddle.
Part of the job as a foster is to get them used to those sorts of behaviors so that they integrate well into new homes. These guys are coming along.
Cleo-catra is definately the most shy, but when she purrs it is like a symphony. She is getting braver as well and Ive seen her tackle her brother and sister with more frequency as of late.
Cant you just tell Mike Rowe (below) is just full of mischief!)

Lucy is definately the darling of the litter. Sweet and playful and super soft. She has personality plus!!!

I can see that Cleo likes to think she is an exotic Russian spy...she will pounce when you least expect it....
