What is the worst is when you come across a personality that you realize NOTHING will make them happy. Short of you being silent and not saying anything to them they are not happy and will argue with you about whatever you say. I seriously know people like this and in all honestly they DRIVE ME CRAZY!! It appears that their life goal is to 1. Make everyone think as they do and 2. Prove that they are right. (even if they are not!)
Does it take so much energy to be pleasant? Why do these people always have to prove their point? I swear, they are miserable company. In my opinion, its OKAY for not everyone to agree on something. I cannot tell you the amount of times that I disagree with people's opinions, but I would not feel the need to share my own opinion or to contradict them. ITS OKAY. Most things are not that big of a deal anyway!!
A sage co-worker of mine had a great saying, she asked me the other day," Did anyone lose their salvation over it? Did anyone die? No...okay...then get over it!"
Now that is good advice...I dont care who you are.
