15 years!!

We celebrated our 15 year anniversary this week! Its hard to believe that we have been married that long! I wanted to scan one of our wedding pictures, but my local scanning girl (B!) is out of town this week, soooooo... just use your imagination!

We celebrated with dinner at the Melting Pot, which is one of my favorites. Fondue is such a fun concept...dinner AND an activity to do! Of course we did our usual holding up of the fingers for how many years we have been married. I love the book that we have of us doing this through out the years. Its really precious to see us grow (wider...) add people to our family (kid and cats) and change location. The hairstyles are also a documentary on what was hot at that time. Funny...E's hair doesnt change a bit!

Here we are at the Melting Pot.

I forgot to take a picture of the first course, but it was a lovely swiss cheese fondue with granny smith apples, bread and vegetables for dipping. This was followed by the salad course. The main course was a varitey of different meats and vegetables and potatoes.

The wait staff was amazing and showed us how to make a stuffed mushroom cap that was to DIE for!

And of course, let us not forget dessert. This alone may the the major reason that the Melting Pot is such a hit. OH MY LANDS...nothing like ANYTHING dipped in warm gooey chocolate. E and I both thought the best were the bananas and strawberries!

Happy 15th Anniversary!!

Happy 15th, you go girl. The Melting Pot is fun, we went once while we lived there. It was sorta dark, like you couldn't see what you were eating, your pics turned out great for the atmosphere. We are fast approachin the 31 mark. We don't have "Melting Pots" here in the mountains, but we could roast a pig or ride a bull or do a camp fire with marshmallows. We're already planning. Heck, I'd settle for a ride on the motorcycle at this point and no diapers to change!
P.S. You look fabulous in green!

Happy anniversary! We love the Melting Pot too. May your next 15 years be even richer than the first.
