Old friends

Old friends are so dear to have in your life.

My college roomate Carol was in town for a few days. There is nothing really like people who KNOW you know you. I swear this girl knows more about me and has more dish on me than anyone else from back in the day. We not only lived together in college but here in Florida after we graduated. It just made my week to know she was here and to chat and hang out together. She seriously is one of the sweetest people I know of.

I think that in your life you get a few people with whom you can be completely honest ...people who you dont have to be guarded with, or hide things from. People who you have seen you at your worst, know your dirty dark secrets, have celebrated your joy with you and love you with an authenticity that is precious. Its a beautiful thing!

Our girls ended up going to volleball camp together too which was fun for them to meet each other.
